Advance Notice: Evening of Poetry and Music
On Sunday 17 October. The poems will all be original compositions by members of the congregation on the theme of ‘Creation’. If you would like to be contribute, contact Gina Wilson.

We are hoping to hold a Ceilidh this autumn for all ages. Probable date: Friday 19 November, 7.00–10.00pm, at St Margaret’s Institute; bring and share supper; tickets in aid of the Appeal to be sold in advance.
Pilgrimage to Compostela—April 2011
St Margaret’s and St Giles’ are planning a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela, in Spain, from 25 April to 1 May. Pilgrims can choose whether to travel the 100 km trail on foot, being collected by coach at the end of each day’s walk and driven to overnight accommodation, with a coach drop off back on route in the morning, or to remain with the coach during the day and enjoy sightseeing and visiting historic monuments. The total cost is likely to be in the region of £900 per person. If you are interested, could you please let Andrew or Sally know, so that we can begin to plan the pilgrimage.
