From this Monday (17 May), England moves into Step 3 of the Government’s COVID recovery plan.
Accordingly, from the following Sunday (23 May) St Margaret’s will also be opening up again for our 10:30am Parish Eucharists – by happy coincidence, on the Feast of Pentecost (Whitsun), traditionally regarded as the birthday of the Church.
There will still be measures in place to keep each other safe (broadly similar to our services back in Advent), particularly given the current uncertainty about new variants.
The most important point to note at this stage is that pre-booking will be required (not optional, as before) for all those who wish to attend – with a deadline of the Friday night before the Sunday morning service (not necessary if you are singing in the choir).
